Who is responsible for your data?

Bountura operates the service and is responsible for the account and platform data described here. Privacy questions and requests can be sent to support@bountura.com.

Information Bountura may need

Account details such as name, email, country, age eligibility, offer activity, device and tracking information, support requests, and withdrawal records may be required to operate the service and prevent fraud.

Why country is requested

Offer availability, eligibility, and reward amounts vary by location. Country information is used to show relevant opportunities and comply with provider restrictions.

Third-party offer providers

Starting an offer may share a unique tracking identifier and technical information with the selected provider. Bountura will identify the provider and link to its privacy information before a live offer begins.

Wallet and payment information

A wallet address may be requested at withdrawal rather than registration. Blockchain transfers are public and cannot be reversed. Recovery phrases and private keys should never be shared with Bountura.

Your choices

You may contact support@bountura.com to request access, correction, or deletion of your account information, subject to legal, accounting, provider-dispute, and fraud-prevention retention requirements.
