Who you are contacting
Bountura support answers from the @bountura.com domain and will never ask for a wallet recovery phrase, private key, or payment to unlock support.
Offer did not track
Open the offer from your activity, choose “Report a missing reward,” and provide the completion date and requested evidence. The request should then show as submitted, under provider review, or resolved.
Account access
Use password recovery from the login page if you cannot sign in. Reset links expire after one hour, and completing a reset revokes other active sessions.
Withdrawal support
Before confirming a cashout, check the network and wallet address carefully. Blockchain transfers cannot normally be reversed. Bountura will never ask for a wallet recovery phrase or private key.
