A missing reward needs a visible path.
Bountura is still an early product preview, so live account support is not open yet. This is the support structure planned for launch.
Offer did not track
Open the offer from your activity, choose “Report a missing reward,” and provide the completion date and requested evidence. The request should then show as submitted, under provider review, or resolved.
Account access
The live sign-in flow will include email verification, password reset, session security, and a way to report an account you do not recognize.
Withdrawal support
Before confirming a cashout, check the network and wallet address carefully. Blockchain transfers cannot normally be reversed. Bountura will never ask for a wallet recovery phrase or private key.

No real account or reward is created by this prototype. A verified support address and operating-company details will appear here before live users are accepted.
